Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.

Herbal Pouch Massage

Detoxifying ingredients are wrapped in a pouch and heated for a deeper massage to magnify the benefits of Abhyangam.

Kati Vasti- Lower Back Treatment

After your massage medicated oil is warmed and kept in a well that is formed around an area of the spine for an additional 30 minutes. This method facilitates higher absorption and lubrication to the targeted areas of concern.

• 60 minute treatment includes a 30 minute Abhyangam massage.
• 90 minute treatment includes a 60 minute Abhyangam massage.

Shirodhara - Head Shower

This exotic experience begins with a soothing warm oil massage. Marma points (energy centers) of the head, face and neck are then massaged to open blocked passages. A nourishing blend of herbs are warmed for added bliss in either Organic Coconut oil, Sesame oil or Milk. The oil is then streamed over the head to calm the mind and relieve tension. Side affects may result in shiny healthy hair.
